Hi there. I ust had.

Frilling: Sheldor_the_conq: make them administrators on their local sites

Talbert: Baako: no, you’re telling wordpress that it’s installed in /royal/ wordpress url but the site is to be found on the domain root site url

Trimmer: RabSimpson: I’ve already think about this but, Is there any other solutions ? https://codex.----escape_autolink_uri:a03ded6cd97ffffa8f7b4e1454f3eecc----.org/Function_Reference/add_cap I’ve tried add_cap in function.php ?

Halford: RabSimpson, confused here

Wolter: Sheldor_the_conq: you don’t need to do that

Kercy: Sheldor_the_conq: add the user to the site, make them an administrator on that site

Sloanes: Baako: https://codex.----escape_autolink_uri:a03ded6cd97ffffa8f7b4e1454f3eecc----.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

Pokorski: RabSimpson: I’ve just done but in theme – Appearance there is no Editor ?

Zarin: RabSimpson, which folder has the database name wordpress is looking at?

Crazier: Sheldor_the_conq: you said you have a wordpress network set up, yes?

Naqvi: Baako: that question doesn’t make any sense

Previte: RabSimpson, i want to know the database name my wordpress site is looking at

Menousek: Sheldor_the_conq: then go to network admin, create a user, add that user to a website, and set the user to administrator on that site

Refsell: So which file can i find this

Combs: Baako: that’s irrelevant to what you’ve been asking about

Hoffis: Baako: did you set the installation up yourself?

Trout: But can u answer me please

Lokan: Baako: it’s in wp-config.php

Nuetzman: RabSimpson: Done, I can’t find Editor in the Theme – Editor ?

Brasil: Sheldor_the_conq: log in to that site as that user and you’ll see it

Strawn: RabSimpson: I think i missed something :/

Fludd: RabSimpson: I still can edit the CSS

Hollomon: Can you see the theme editor?

Strasburg: RabSimpson: In the new admin no

Zavaleta: Actually, now that i think about it, i don’t think local site admins have that level of access, any changes they make would interfere with any other sites on the network using that same theme

Hug: Add slim jetpack and make it available to the sites on the network

Kuligowski: It contains a module for adding additional stylesheet rules

Brighenti: RabSimpson, i follow this https://codex.----escape_autolink_uri:a03ded6cd97ffffa8f7b4e1454f3eecc----.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory but i dont understand 11

Hauff: Baako: that’s because you have a pre-existing sub-directory installation.

Mczeal: I want to make sure a certain extra GET variable is present when displaying a new post edit form. What filter/action should I use to potentially redirect away from the form if the variable isn’t present?

Mistry: Ow1n: init is the earliest you can go, hit that hook and yo ucna do anything =

Beldin: How do I get the string ‘search’ in another language on a non-en-US install without WPML? Search should be in every language pack. __ ‘search’ is still giving me English.

Morlas: RabSimpson: It seems to work thanks a lot :

Sipper: RabSimpson: with the plugin slim jetpack

Panther: Why does get_theme_mods only return saved values and get_theme_mod gets unsaved?

Kuehner: If its a saved value get theme mod should get it since thats used in themes, get theme mods returns all values, where as get theme mod returns 1 value

Oberman: Fris: get_theme_mod will return the value even if it’s not saved, though.

Kuehner: Ya it will get the default which you specify in the std i think

Hokkanen: I’m working with customizer.

Kuehner: You can set the default value for each setting

Hattabaugh: It’s not returning the default though, the preview after being refreshed has the value I’ve chosen

Gilcrease: But get_theme_mods is still false unless I save and publish.

Ribiero: Hi there. I ust had deactivated the WP Super Cache plugin for wuite some time, and i decided to uninstall it today. as soon as I uninstalled it the wordpress site crashed.
